I was given the opportunity to paint this beautiful photo. Captured from the canal bridge near the WWF in Woking. Amazing Hawthorn blossoms line the walk. A beautiful view with difficult perspective. Whats more amazing is that up and behind was a clear night sky with the star of shimmering stars or perhaps they are tiny bits of blossom...
Somewhere between photorealistic and impressionism but actually neither term suits.
