Description
This was painted at Windsor Great Park - Virginia Water during Autumn/Fall of 2022. Live and on location I was really pleased to get the warmth of the beech/oak leaves lying in blankets everywhere. Dappled light is something I'm really keen to explore in painting. Also enjoyed getting the scope of the size of the place with hints of walkers and some of their dogs.
A special painting in oils on canvas. Edges are painted a dusky green to match.
